Reports Confirm Sighting of Rep. Nutmeg on Capitol Hill Ahead of Holiday Season
Multiple reports confirm that Rep. Nutmeg has been spotted roaming the halls of the U.S. Capitol once again
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Office of Representative Anna Paulina Luna has received multiple confirmed reports that Representative Nutmeg has been spotted roaming the halls of the U.S. Capitol once again—just in time for the holiday season.
Witnesses claim to have spotted Rep. Nutmeg this morning in the Capitol Rotunda, where she was seen admiring the Christmas décor and spreading what some staffers described as “a suspicious amount of holiday cheer.”
“Every year she reappears just in time for the holiday season to begin,” said Rep. Anna Paulina Luna. “If you’re lucky enough to see her in the Rotunda, consider it a sign of holiday cheer—but keep an eye on your eggnog. With Rep. Nutmeg around, anything can happen.”
Members and staff are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any additional sightings of Rep. Nutmeg to the proper (and festive) authorities.
Photo evidence: Reports indicate an image circulating online shows Rep. Nutmeg posing in the Capitol Rotunda near the Christmas display.
